What the client needed.
BizForce needed a collaboration platform that could work for a small team as well as a larger organization. Different structures and working habits had to fit within a shared, understandable experience.
The product was intended to reduce scattered conversations and fragmented coordination by bringing people and their work into a common workspace.
The challenge.
A collaboration tool has to earn a place in a team's daily routine. Adding more features would not be enough if the experience felt generic or difficult to navigate. Decisions needed to follow real working patterns and the limitations users encountered in existing tools.
What we built.
Shiftr designed and developed a central collaboration hub for individuals, teams, and organizations. The workspace brings communication and coordination together so users can organize conversations and stay aligned across projects.
Surveys, interviews, analytics, and competitor research informed the design. The experience was tested and refined throughout development.

BizForce launched as a production-ready collaboration platform for teams and organizations with different structures.
